Dave & Joyce Meyer - Founders
Joyce Meyer is one of the world’s leading practical Bible teachers and a New York Times bestselling author. Her books have helped millions of people find hope and restoration through Jesus Christ. Through Joyce Meyer Ministries, she teaches on hundreds of subjects, has authored over 80 books, and conducts close to 15 conferences each year. For more than 20 years, Joyce and her husband, Dave, have ministered to the city of St. Louis. In 2000, they increased their outreach efforts when they founded the St. Louis Dream Center. Dave and Joyce speak at the Dream Center several times a year during Sunday worship services. They continue to encourage the people of St. Louis to believe in God and to believe in themselves. David & Shelly Meyer - Co-Founders
David and Shelly Meyer are committed to seeing the Gospel of Jesus Christ reach every corner of the world. This commitment begins in their own backyard. In 2000, David and Shelly co-founded the St. Louis Dream Center with David’s parents, Dave and Joyce Meyer. They continue to provide leadership and vision to the work of the St. Louis Dream Center.

Tony Gilmore – Director/Senior Pastor
Tony Gilmore was born and raised in St. Louis and has a desire to see the people of this city transformed by the saving power of Jesus Christ. With a strong passion for the lost, the disenfranchised, and the hurting, Tony is sensitive to the ills and the needs of the city and is determined to bloom where he is planted. His vision is to see lives transformed and dreams to come alive again in the hearts of those who have been forgotten. Seeing leaders raised up within the community so that they can help build a future that changes the course of that community is one of the cornerstones of his ministry. His life’s motto is “add value to everyone you meet.” Tony has more than 20 years ministry experience and is a graduate of St. Louis Christian College with a degree in Biblical Studies. He pioneered DCSports, an inner city sports ministry that became the sports league for the St. Louis Public schools reaching over 1,000 students per year. Tony enjoys hanging with his wife Angie and their six children. They are affectionately called the Brady Bunch.
Angie Gilmore - Operations Manager
Pastor Angie has a strong desire to see people fulfill their God given potential. Her greatest passion is to help women overcome their past and be ALL God has called them to be. She has played a prominent role in ministry since the age of 13.
Pastor Angie is a second generation pastor who has served in many capacities in the church that range from Sunday School Teacher to Financial Administrator.
Angie is an ordained pastor and has a bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Missouri – Saint Louis. Although educating herself is something that she loves, her greatest enjoyment is found when she spends time with her family.
Aubrey Wright - Pastoral Care Pastor
Aubrey Wright, oversees the pastoral care ministry at the Dream Center, and his wonderful wife (Vanetta) has served by his side faithfully since they came on board in 2005. They have been married for 31 years, and have two sons and two precious grandsons. Aubrey loves spending quality time with his family and is passionate about empowering a generation of youth to be solid disciples for Jesus Christ. His favorite scripture is:

Kendrick Haynes - Genesis Men’s Home Director
Pastor Kendrick has served in ministry for many years. In 2012, he and his wife Shari were supernaturally transferred to the St Louis area. Here at the Dream Center, Pastor Kendrick is passionate about seeing men’s lives radically changed by the power of Jesus Christ. Through faith based coaching, counseling, and curriculum men are being transformed and hope begins anew. Pastor Kendrick knows that one life transformed can result in a family transformed. One family transformed can result in a community transformed. One community transformed can result in a city transformed. In Christ, he believes together we are better, and together we can transform the world. His favorite scripture is:

Judy Lamborn - Outreach/Volunteer/Special Events Coordinator
Judy Lamborn and her husband Rick moved to St. Louis in June 1998 to work at Joyce Meyer Ministries. When the St. Louis Dream Center was founded in 2000, they were eager to jump in and support the vision. Armed with her own personal testimony of redemption from a life of prostitution, drugs and abuse, Judy and Rick helped launch the Midnight Outreach, ministering to dancers, pimps, drug dealers and prostitutes on the streets of the inner city. Judy’s passion continues to be introducing people to Jesus Christ and seeing them realize their God-given potential. Currently, Judy serves as the Outreach/Volunteer/Special Events Coordinator. Rick and Judy have been married since July, 1991. They have 2 children; their daughter Victoria (married to Travis Dittmann) and their son Christian.
Jai Williams – Worship Pastor
Jai (pronounced Jay), of St. Louis Missouri, is a third generation minister. By the age of nine she was a key player in the music and youth departments at her father’s church and by the age of eighteen she became the minister of music. With more than 20 years (basically all of her life) in ministry, Jai has been ordained as a minister, served as a Worship Pastor, Youth Pastor, Retreat and Conference Facilitator, Speaker, Teacher, Minister of Music and featured musical guest in some of the world’s greatest church’s, schools, detention centers, venues and festivals.
Jai is a 2003 graduate of Webster University where she studied Media Communications with an emphasis in Marketing and Public Relations and minored in Religion. She is currently a Grammy and Dove Award nominated writer and artist. She’s enjoyed touring and writing for artists as Mary Mary, Kirk Franklin and Lecrae.
Jai has a blast spending time with her husband Isiah and their daughter Taylor.
Raymond Hudson joined the SLDC team in 2014 as the Community Relations Director and Young Adult Pastor. He has a passion to see people truly come to lasting relationship with Jesus, and wants to help restore hope into the lives of those who have lost all hope. He believes that when people can begin to place their hope in the ultimate Savior and Creator, nothing is impossible. He is a graduate of Central Bible College with a Bachelors Degree in Youth Ministry and Theology. He went on to Evangel University to get a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership. He and his wife, Rachel, have three beautiful children – Gabriella, Ezekiel and Bella.
Isiah is an ordained pastor with a global mission to Shift Hearts and Change Lives through an unconventional delivery of the Word of God. He believes that the body of Christ should be empowered in every area of life. His preaching and teaching focuses on shifting the hearts and minds of believers spiritually, developing them educationally, exposing them culturally, sharpening them professionally and strengthening them relationally. His main goal is to tear down the barriers of religion and encourage a true and real relationship with Christ Jesus and people.
He is a St. Louis native and enjoys spending time with his wife, Pastor Jai Williams, and their beautiful daughter, Taylor.
