Sharing the Love of Christ

Whether it’s through our weekly food distribution outreaches, the DC Cafe, or even our DC Grill – an oversized portable grill that travels to various locations providing free food – our goal is to share the love of Christ. By first meeting a person’s physical hunger, we can also satisfy their spiritual hunger.

• In 2011, St. Louis Dream Center provided over 571,000 meals.

Food Pantry

Throughout the week, the St. Louis Dream Center distributes food to the community from our food pantry. Sometimes, over 2,000 people a week can be reached through this practical ministry of sharing the love of Christ.

We accept food pantry donations on a continual basis.

DC Grill Ministry

Everyone loves the smell of burgers and hot dogs smoking on a hot grill. Our volunteer grillers cook up free meals for the masses at community events around the St. Louis Metropolitan area. When our huge, portable grill shows up, everyone comes out to see what we’re cooking. And it provides us a wonderful opportunity to share God’s love while serving up burgers and more.

DC Café

The DC Café is open to the community every Tuesday night from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. It provides an opportunity for families and friends to come together and share a free hot meal. It’s a great way to get to know those in our community while also presenting the love of Jesus Christ through food and fellowship. And did we mention that the food is also delicious?
